Program

Our shadow mentoring program is designed for international students studying in the Boston area.  Being in a new place can be overwhelming.  Our mentors are successful young professionals and graduate students who share similar career goals and backgrounds as their international mentees. The mentor meets with the student every few months.  The mentor acts as a guide and a role model, sharing his or her personal experiences with the student.  The student receives career and personal advice and has someone to talk to about their interests and long term goals.  The student may also observe the mentor in his or her workplace and be exposed to networking opportunities.  The shadow mentoring program is a great opportunity for students and mentors alike to make a connection and discuss their life goals.
