Boston ACE is committed to helping all of our students succeed, whether on standardized tests or in academic subjects. To give students the best results, we hire the best tutors available, thoughtfully design excellent curriculum for each of our programs, and continually work to reach even higher standards based on parent feedback. Open, honest communication is crucial to a healthy learning environment. We provide parents with weekly updates on their student’s progress and encourage parents and students to reach out to us with their thoughts and comments.

Test Preparation Philosophy

Our test preparation services give students the confidence and skills to achieve their ideal scores. When taking a standardized test, the more familiar a student is with the format of the test, the more successful they will be on test day. Our program is an intensive, practice-based course taught by experienced, highly educated instructors. Typically, students meet with their tutors several times a week for between four and eight weeks to allow for true immersion in the test preparation. Through rigorous practice, students become experts on the material and structure of the test. Students develop confidence borne of a familiarity with the test and walk into the test center with the confidence and ability to attain excellent scores.

Academic Success Philosophy

The tutor acts as a guide, leading the student to a place where he or she is confident in his or her abilities. Our tutors have extensive teaching experience and advanced degrees in their subject areas.This expertise enables them to present clear and thorough explanations to which the students can relate. The tutor is able to cater the lesson to the student’s interests and learning style. Boston ACE’s academic tutoring sessions are a safe space where the student can dive into his or her learning and ask questions without being hampered by the stresses of the traditional classroom. Students learn about their own learning style, strengths and weaknesses. Not only do students achieve high grades, but they also develop confidence in themselves and learn to take an active role in their own learning.
