Boston ACE’s SSAT preparation program has been designed with three objectives:

• Increase overall SSAT scores
  
  
• Increase confidence in test-taking ability as it relates to SSAT and other standardized tests
  
  
• Strengthen content understanding and improve skills in the four areas: writing, quantitative, verbal and reading comprehension

Tutors ensure students meet these objectives using the following curriculum:

• Emphasis on test-taking strategies for each section of the exam
  
  
• Students can choose which section or sections of the test they need to review and the tutor will structure the lessons accordingly
  
  
• Rigorous  “drill-and-kill” component designed to help students ace the SSAT
  
  
• Weekly quizzes to assess student’s progress
  
  
• Homework assigned to reinforce class concepts
